The final study in Ephesians. The Armor of God. Oh this is such a great chapter, I can’t even tell you how much you should consider reading the full study. But here is just a bit of what is so very important in it.
11 Put on the full armor of God [for His precepts are like the splendid armor of a heavily-armed soldier], so that you may be able to [successfully] stand up against all the schemes and the strategies and the deceits of the devil.
13 Therefore, put on the complete armor of God, so that you will be able to [successfully] resist and stand your ground in the evil day [of danger], and having done everything [that the crisis demands], to stand firm [in your place, fully prepared, immovable, victorious].
Twice in just a couple verses we’re told to put on the full armor of God. And in both, it’s to stand against and resist the evil and wickedness that will come against us.
You can read the whole study to read about the armor available to us if you are so inclined and wonder what he’s talking about when he says Put on the full/complete armor of God.

Next week is a break week for catching up on anything you’re behind on or preparing for the next one. If you’re subscribed you’ll know what the next one will be a little ahead of everyone else.
Keep growing your faith.
