The verse of the day is John 10:14-15
“I am the good shepherd; I know my sheep and my sheep know me— just as the Father knows me and I know the Father—and I lay down my life for the sheep.”
1 John 4:10
This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins.
He laid down His life, became our atoning sacrifice, freeing us from the sins we have committed and any we ever will commit. Forever freed we are. Because He loved us so much to lay down His life for us.
